Bradesco Seguros Transforms Software Development with Wynxx

Bradesco Seguros, the largest insurance group in Brazil and Latin America, operates in an insurance market characterized by constant digital evolution. Against this backdrop, Bradesco Seguros set out to modernize their technology stack, optimize operational workflows and support the incorporation of predictive models into the system’s development.

At the same time, they wanted to standardize their processes across tools and programming languages, bring greater visibility and more consistent delivery across development pipelines.

To stay ahead of the competition without sacrificing quality, Bradesco Seguros turned to Wynxx. GFT Technologies’ GenAI platform accelerates enterprise software delivery and streamlines planning, testing, documentation, and modernization.

The project focused on applying Wynxx in two strategic areas: software quality and the development process. The solution included the standardization of generated artifacts, code corrections and adjustments, an integrated view of the development pipeline, and the harmonization of multiple programming languages present in the technology stack.

This alignment promoted greater integration and visibility across development pipelines, improved the technical consistency of the systems, and reinforced the reliability of applications within the Bradesco Seguros ecosystem.

GFT conducted a technical training program that included more than 180 professionals from the insurer. In total, the rollout trained 180 staff across 20 squads, focusing on the use of AI-based accelerators across all stages of the development lifecycle.

This initiative enabled significant gains in stages of the development cycle, strengthened the company’s ability to respond to market demands, shortened timelines, and increased consistency in the delivery of digital solutions. A comprehensive training program prepared professionals to use the tool’s accelerators throughout the entire development lifecycle and helped create an innovation-driven culture, where employees are encouraged to propose ongoing improvements in the use of technology.

Work was organized through a managed squad model, which has been fundamental to the project’s ongoing success.

By standardizing tools and code, Bradesco Seguros gained stronger integration and clearer visibility across teams. The Wynxx implementation helped the company respond faster to market needs, shorten delivery times, and make digital output more consistent.
